When your applications require a higher torque performance, the Eckel Model 13⅝ HD-35 provides the performance you need with a maximum torque of 35,000 ft-lbs. Eckel patented CASE STIFFENER technology enhances overall torque to provide consistent torque output. Having a high full 360° rotational torque capability ensures the tong can makeup special torque-turn connections that require continuous rotation. Also, the CASE STIFFENER technology reduces stress and wear on the rotary gear teeth. The tong door easily swings open or closed and is locked when tong torque is applied. When combined with our safety door interlock, the tong provides unparalleled safety while speeding up the turn around time between connections.
